Sun Ray Ltd. is privately held and was founded in 1983 by Dr. Wayne I. Congdon and Dr. Sarvan K. Khanna. Both founders are distinguished experts in materials science and process development who held senior engineer and management positions with Lucent Technologies, AT&T and the Bell Laboratories.
 
The Sun Ray Ltd. team has been involved in shaping this industry since its inception and has contributed to many key developments. We hold many key patents and have written several papers which had significant impact on the industry.
 
Sun Ray Ltd. is headquartered and has its production facilities in Carmel/Indiana, United States, and also has a European sales & distribution presence in Munich, Germany.
